4004 aluminum coil strip is a hypoeutectic aluminum alloy with the characteristics of low melting point, good fluidity, and easy feeding. It is generally used as an alternative material for composite sheets and also widely used as a filler material for aluminum brazing. Studies have shown that hypoeutectic alloys have better fluidity, transformability and corrosion resistance, and suitable elements can be added according to the characteristics of the base material and process requirements to improve the properties of the solder and obtain excellent welded joints.
