Copper Aluminum Bimetallic Busbar

 
The copper aluminum bimetallic busbar produced by Henan Chalco has solved the two difficult problems of copper-aluminium compound which is easy to oxidize and cut oxide film and difficult to eliminate the intermetallic compound (Al2Cu) between dissimilar copper and aluminium at lower temperature. SEM analysis shows that the thickness of transition layer between copper and aluminum in traditional copper-clad aluminum bars is 15-50um, while the thickness of transition layer between copper and aluminum in our company is only 1-2um, which is far lower than that of traditional copper-clad aluminum bars. The problem can save more than 30% of the cost when used.
