CHALCO aluminium manufactures alloy 5A05 aluminium disc with with higher strength and excellent in forming and corrosion resistance that can be subject to further treatment by the following methods: deep drawing, spinning,etc.
 
5A05 Al-Mg system for anti-rust aluminum alloy, non-heat strengthened. Good weld ability, corrosion resistance alloys can still apply to welding, atomic hydrogen welding, gas welding, welding. Its mach inability, the annealed state is poor, half-cold hardening state is still good.

5A05 alloy commonly used for manufacturing processes require high ductility, corrosion resistance, withstand moderate load of welded pipes, welded mailboxes and other liquid containers, as well as other parts; wire used for welding and rivets, rivet requires anodized. In other countries, the approximate alloys (such as 5456) for the production of armor plates, high-strength structural parts. 
Aluminum circle is widely used in electronics, daily chemicals, medicine, automobile accessories,aerospace, military, mold, construction, printing ,non stick pan, pressure cooker,lampshade, water heater shell and stretching tank etc.It is one of the most used deep processing products of aluminum alloy plate and strip.

 Heat treatment:
1) Homogenization: Heat 460 ~ 475 ºC; holding 12 ~ 14h; air cooling.
2) Rapid thermal annealing: heating 310 ~ 350 ºC; holding time 30 ~ 120min; air or water.
3) High temperature annealing: heating 310 ~ 335 ºC; finished thickness ≥6mm or <6mm, the holding time of 30 ~ 180min or 30 ~ 120min; air cooling.
4) Low-temperature annealing: heating 250 ~ 300 ºC or 150 ~ 180 ºC; holding time of 1 ~ 2h or air-cooled 2 ~ 3h Status: aluminum and aluminum alloy extruded seamless pipe (H112 condition)
