Chalco aluminium manufactures alloy 5A02 aluminium disc with with higher strength and excellent in forming and corrosion resistance that can be subject to further treatment by the following methods: deep drawing, spinning,etc.
 
5A02 alloy is suitable for a high degree of plasticity process requirements and good corrosion resistance of welded structures and containers, if wanted, gasoline and lubricants catheters, nails, flanges, and parts, ships, interior trim light duty vehicles, etc. pickles or rod used as a counsel.
Aluminum circle is widely used in electronics, daily chemicals, medicine, automobile accessories,aerospace, military, mold, construction, printing ,non stick pan, pressure cooker,lampshade, water heater shell and stretching tank etc.It is one of the most used deep processing products of aluminum alloy plate and strip.

Heat treatment specification:
1) homogenizing annealing: heating to 440 ºC. Holding time 12 ~ 14 h;Air cooling.
2) rapid annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ºC.The heat preservation time of 30 ~ 120 min;Air or water.
3) high temperature annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ºC.Thickness or < 6 mm or 6 mm, heat preservation time is 2 ~ 10 min or 10 ~ 30 min;Air cooling.
4) low temperature annealing: heating to 250 ~ 300 ºCand 150 ~ 180 ºC;Holding time is 1 ~ 2 h, air cooling.
