Product Description

5383 aluminum plate sheet for commercial vehicles
On the basis of 5083 alloy, Chalco developed 5383 alloy by reducing the content of Fe and Si impurities, increasing trace Cu, Zn and adding a small amount of Zr. 5383 alloy has certain formability and corrosion resistance, and its alloy strength and welding performance are better than 5083 alloy respectively. It is mainly used for container, tank body, carriage box, etc.
The 5383 aluminum plate produced by Chalco aluminum has no cracking at the edge, smooth surface and flat plate shape, which lays a foundation for the elimination of residual stress in the plate.
The alloy and the state of the aluminum alloy plate for tank body is 5383 H111. The specifications of the plate are: thickness 5.0--30.00mm, width 1000-2500mm, and length 2000--11000mm.
