Aluminum Tube Pipe(2219/2A11/2A14/2A50)
2219 aluminum tube pipe has poor corrosion resistance, good machinability, poor solderability, easy arc welding and spot welding. It is suitable for structural parts and high strength welds working at high temperature of 315 degrees Celsius.
2A11 aluminum tube pipe has medium strength, good plasticity under annealing, rigid quenching and heat condition. It can be enhanced by heat treatment. It is used in the state of quenching and natural aging. The weldability of spot welding is good. There is crack tendency in gas welding and argon arc welding; it is good in the state of quenching and aging, and is bad in the state of annealing.
2A14 aluminum tube pipe main chemical components are zinc, iron, magnesium and aluminum. It has good machinability, resistivity, spot welding and seam welding.

5A02 alloy with low strength, high plasticity, cold deformation can improve its strength, but will reduce the plasticity, have good mixing performance in welding hydrogen welding, welding and friction contact, can also be welding, high corrosion resistance. The welding of medium load in aircraft manufacturing requires high technological plastic and corrosion resistant parts, such as pipes, liquid containers and slippery frames.
5A03 aluminum tube pipe is an alloy with moderate Mg content in 5 * * * system, with low strength and high plasticity. Cold deformation can improve its strength, but the plasticity will decrease. In aircraft manufacturing, we need to manufacture welded medium load parts, such as pipes, liquid containers and skeletons, which need high technological plasticity and high corrosion resistance.
The magnesium content of 5A05 alloy is high, although the cold deformation can increase its strength, but the plasticity will decrease. The O state material has higher plasticity, and the plasticity of H * 4 material is moderate. Although the 5A05 alloy has high technological plasticity, cold hardening is fast during cold deformation and should be paid attention to in processing parts.
The content of Mg in 5A06 alloy is the highest, 6.3%, and the content of Mn is 0.65%, and the average total content of Mg and Mn is 7%. Because of its high strength, low plasticity, good corrosion resistance and weldability, can be processed into a plate, tube, rod, profiles, wire and forging die forging, etc.
5A02 5A03 5A05 5A06 aluminum tube pipe are widely used in aviation, aerospace, ships, automobiles, ships, missiles, tanks and other industries.
