Painted Stucco Embossed Finish Color Coated Aluminum Coil Sheet
Coil coating makes use of a simple, but effective principle, i.e. to clean, pretreat and coat flat coils or sheets of steel or aluminium in a continuous operation, before other stages of industrial manufacture [1-4]. The slogan for this concept is: Finish first - fabricate later!
Chalco coat's lacquered aluminium lacquered stucco foil used in the production of insulation plates combined with PUR or PIR foam, providing good thermal and acoustic insulation.
Stucco embossed Aluminium pattern sheet are widely used in refrigerator, solar heat reflectors, decorative aluminum products, lamps, bags, disinfection box, air conditioning, ventilation ducts, indoor & outdoor decoration, machinery and equipment housing and other industries. Embossed finish can enhance the thickness and strength of aluminum.
Fetures:
1. It is a very good barrier to moisture, gas and light.
2. Laquers have been specially designed by our technical depatment and provide an excellent resistance to weathering and UV light.
3. It can be laminated to other materials (foams, plastics, among others) in order to foam very high performance insulation and barrier products.
4. With Chalco Color's pre-treatment coating, could improve the corrosion resistance and the adherence of lacquer over the aluminium surface.
