The electromagnetic wire is made around the conductor or enamel stranded wire wrapped around natural silk or fiber filament (nylon, polyester fiber, natural silk, self adhered wire, etc.).
Features: increase insulation strength, reduce the surface temperature, increase the value of "Q", and has the same characteristics of enameled wire strand.
Applications: multi antenna inductor, high-power lighting system, video equipment, ultrasonic equipment, high frequency inductor and transformer.


The Glass in Fibre Glass Covered Insulated Rectangular Flat Aluminium Wire may be applied in woven tape form or as a continuous fibre. It has proved to be an efficient insulation providing coil winders with higher thermal stability, adequate electrical properties and good resistance to abrasion after varnishing. The glass is bonded with a varnish for dielectric strength to improve mechanical properties.
