2297 | Al-Li-Cu--Zr | A new type of aluminum lithium alloy developed in the late 1990s of the United States was developed. 2297 Aluminium lithium alloy plate were developed, and its density is 5% lower than that of ordinary aluminum alloy, and its elastic modulus is 8%~10% higher. Mainly used for plate thickness more than 38mm, with excellent anti fatigue performance and good thermal stability, wall, mainly focus on the application direction of 180ºC use frame, beam and plate constructed to withstand large compressive stresses, the maximum thickness of the alloy has reached 150mm. |
