Copper Clad Aluminum Sheet for LED Heat Dissipation
Chalco Aluminum adopts the new high-performance rare earth aluminum alloy and heat-resistant aluminum alloy materials developed by itself, and the hollow seamless tubular conductor is manufactured through special processing techniques such as hot top casting, transverse perforation hot rolling, thermomechanical heat treatment, and cold drawing at the same level.
6Z63 Aluminum heat-resistant tubular bus bar is added with rare earth and rare metal zirconium. In addition to the advantages of conventional tube bus bars, the more important thing is that 6Z63 high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy tube bus bars can be used at higher operating temperatures (150°C-200°C) Safe operation, its high temperature (250°C) softening mechanical properties (tensile strength) can maintain more than 88% of normal temperature, reaching more than 200MPa, and the strength coefficient of the heat affected zone after welding can reach more than 80% of normal temperature, which is more suitable It is used in ice melting device projects, large-capacity substation projects, old substation renovation projects and places with high temperature requirements.
