Aluminium Tubular Busbar
 

Aluminium tubular busbar refers to the seamless aluminium Tube Pipe which is extruded from pure aluminium or aluminium alloy to be hollow along its longitudinal length. The common alloys of aluminium tubular busbar are 6063, 6061 and 6101. The 6063 alloy is widely used in outdoor high-voltage substation Bus Tube Pipe due to its excellent mechanical and electrical properties. In the case of high strength and low conductivity, the 6061 aluminum alloy bus Tube Pipe is used. In the case of high electrical conductivity and minimum mechanical loss, 6101 alloy Bus Tube Pipe is used.

Implementation standard: GB/T27676-2011 aluminum and aluminum alloy bus tube pipe conductor or ASTM B 317M-07
Alloy: 6063,6101, 6061
Temper: T6 
Surface:  The product is hollow tubular structure with glossy surface, beautiful appearance and uniform size.
OD: from 60mm to 450mm.
Wall thickness:  3mm to 15mm.
Length: a single bus tube pipe conductor can reach up to 15 meters.
