There are many kinds of copper used in industry, and there are four kinds of alloys.
1. Copper: Copper is an industrial pure copper with a copper content of 99.5%. It has excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity, good plasticity at room temperature and low temperature, and corrosion resistance to atmosphere, sea water and certain chemicals. Because it is widely used in electrical devices, wires and cables and heat exchangers.
2. Brass: Originally referred to by copper and zinc binary alloy, the surface appears light yellow, it has much higher strength, hardness and corrosion resistance than copper, and has a certain degree of plastic and can withstand cold and hot processing. Therefore, as material structure, it has been widely applied in industry.
3. Bronze: Bronze refers to all copper-based alloys, such as tin bronze, aluminum bronze, silicon bronze and beryllium bronze, which are accidental to copper-zinc and copper-nickel alloys. In order to obtain some special properties, a small amount of other elements are added to the bronze.
- white copper: cupric copper is an alloy of copper and nickel. Because of the addition of nickel, copper is gradually changed from purple to white. White copper is a high corrosion resistant structural material.
At present, the Copper clad steel plates are made by three ways: surfacing, rolling and explosive welding. The composite plate has the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of both copper and steel. It is a new structural material with great practical value and development prospects.
Clading Material Copper To Steel Plate Tube Sheet : A thin layer of copper-clad material is coated on the base metal of steel and used as the substrate material for transistors. The purpose is to use copper to improve heat dissipation and to make the bottom of the steel pipe easy to weld.
Clading Material Copper To Steel Plate Tube Sheet: This is a cheap material which not only keeps the conductivity, heat conductivity and contact resistance of copper, but also has high mechanical strength. It is often used as terminal and joint material.
Phosphorus bronze - steel composite plate: It has both the wear resistance of phosphorus bronze and the high strength of steel, mainly used for low speed load bearing.
Clading Material Copper To Steel Plate Tube Sheet: This is widely used as anode material for vacuum tube. Among them, copper is made up of electrical conductivity and mechanical strength. Aluminum on the surface inhibits the escape of gas from steel on the one hand, and on the other hand makes the intermetallic compound between aluminum and steel black when heated.

Application of Clading Material Copper To Steel Plate Tube Sheet:
1. In the civil field, the flatness and surface gloss of copper-steel clad plate are better than those of stainless steel. It is the best raw material for elevator, building decoration, food and medical equipment. With its good thermal conductivity, it can replace stainless steel. Its heat transfer coefficient is three times higher than that of stainless steel (double-sided composite stainless steel is 50, stainless steel is 16). It is the best material for solar water heater, cooking pot, rice cooker and other heating and radiator production. Corrosion resistance is more than 60 years; it can be used to produce decorative materials, such as doors and windows, frames, signs, handrails and furniture, instead of copper sheets because of its high strength, low cost and excellent welding performance.
2. In the field of electronics and electricity, Cu-CS Composite plates have been widely used to replace traditional copper and copper alloys in the manufacture of electronic devices. For example, it not only has good conductivity and corrosion resistance, but also improves the strength, reduces the thickness and greatly reduces the cost.
3. In metallurgical industry, Cu-CS Composite plate is used as electroplating electrode, discharge machining electrode, grounding rod, conductive arm body, electrode clamp, electrode clamping and relaxing mechanism, etc. A double-layer water-cooled shell and double-layer crystallizer for electrometallurgical metallurgical furnace and melting furnace are manufactured by copper steel clad plate.
4. In the field of military industry, as a launcher, it not only solves the problems of water leakage and joint corrosion, but also simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the cost. The use of copper and copper composite instead of Cartridge Brass is not only economical but also superior in ballistic performance.
5. Vehicle manufacturing, using Cu-CS Composite plate to manufacture heat exchangers, synchronizer cone rings, reducer worm wheels, bushes, etc. Copper-steel and aluminum-steel composite materials can be used to manufacture bimetal bearings, bushes and liners.
6. In metallurgical field, Cu-CS Composite plates can be used as slider and liner.
7. In other fields, containers for nuclear waste are made of Copper-Stainless steel or copper-nickel alloy low-carbon steel clad plates, and linear accelerator cavities for high-energy physics research are made of large-area copper-steel clad plates.
