CHALCOaluminium manufactures alloy 6061 aluminium disc with Heat treatable alloy with excellent strength that can be subject to further treatment by the following methods: deep drawing, spinning,forming etc.  6061 aluminum discs ( aluminum round sheet ) is more convenient for the production of conventional products than the rectangular sheet.
 
Our 6061 sheet has T651 temper, indicating it has been solution heat treated followed by a minimal stretching to reduce stresses in the material. The material was then artificially aged to allow the alloying elements to precipitate out of the material, to give immediate maximum strength.
Aluminum circle is widely used in electronics, daily chemicals, medicine, automobile accessories,aerospace, military, mold, construction, printing ,non stick pan, pressure cooker,lampshade, water heater shell and stretching tank etc.It is one of the most used deep processing products of aluminum alloy plate and strip.

6063 aluminum is widely used to produce long constant-cross-section structural shapes including "L" and "U" shaped channels, angles, pipe and tubing in many different shapes and sizes. Depending upon its temper, the mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum can vary greatly. The most common tempers available are 6063-T1, 6063-T4, and 6063-T5. A variety of specific improvements are realized when 6063 aluminum is produced in tempers of T52, T53, T54, T55 or T832.
