Stone and marble finish Coated Aluminum Coil

Coil coating makes use of a simple, but effective principle, i.e. to clean, pretreat and coat flat coils or sheets of steel or aluminium in a continuous operation, before other stages of industrial manufacture [1-4]. The slogan for this concept is: Finish first - fabricate later!
 
Different stone and marble finish are available, we have patina design, mineral design, marble design, granite design ceramic design, metal design for facades which enjoy the advantages of coil coated aluminium such as lower construction weight and tailor made natural looking finishes.

Features
 1. A special coating applied by our factory can give the appearance and feeling of ceramic or stone material. The addition of special additives transforms the coating during the curing process to a stone or ceramic imitation.
 2. The surfaces have a stable design and do not change.
 3. The surfaces are structured and have a textile touch.
 4. The system is weather resistant and scratch-resistant.

Three Coating Options:

1. Self-clean Namo coating
 With Namotechnology, our Namo PVDF coating could make it clean itself using sun and rain, maintenance and cleaning cost are reduced by at least 50%.

2. Durable coating
 With our high-performance coating based on polymer resin, resistant to UV rays, moisture and abrasion. With such coating we can guarantee of up to 20 years.

3. Gloss coating
 We have 3 gloss levels coating are available: High gloss, satin and matt.
