It is used for welding with a higher magnesium content and a higher tensile strength (such as a tensile strength of 276MPa or more higher ) 5083, 5183 and 5654 base materials, excellent seawater corrosion resistance and low temperature performance. The weld seam is white after anodizing, which can provide a good color matching for the welded joint. For some alloys, the welded joint strength is slightly higher than 5356.
