7A04 7A09 7A15 7B05 aluminum tube pipe is a heat treatment and strengthening alloy of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu system. Its strength is higher than that of hard aluminum. It is characterized by its yield strength close to tensile strength and plasticity, and its sensitivity to stress concentration is strong, especially when subjected to vibration load and repeated static load. Therefore, the design of parts, the manufacturing process and the assembly process need to strictly avoid the stress concentration and the formation of additional stress. The heat resistance of the alloy is poor, and it will soften rapidly when the temperature is higher than 125, and the stress corrosion resistance of thick and thick parts is poor in short and transverse.

The 7050 is a high strength heat treatable alloy. It has high strength, anti stripping corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance. It is commonly used in aircraft structural parts for medium plate extrusion, free forging and die forgings.

7075 aluminum is called super high strength aluminum alloy. The yield strength of the alloy is close to tensile strength, the yield ratio is high, and the specific strength is very high. But the strength of plastic and high temperature is lower than that of the alloy. 7075 aluminum tube pipe is suitable for the bearing structure parts under normal temperature and below 120 C.
