4A45 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip is one of the A-Si series near eutectic alloys. The alloy grade 4045+1%Zn is changed to 4A45. It has more excellent welding performance, good wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and other advantages. In addition, it has a low melting point, narrow solidification range, and good fluidity, which is conducive to the shrinkage and cracking tendency of the weld during solidification. It is often used as an aluminum alloy brazing material, as well as the cladding layer of composite plates and composite fins. The typical brazing alloy combination is 4A45/3A11/4A45, 4A45/3003/4A45.
