Product Description

1050 aluminum circle is one of pure aluminum series product, the aluminum content of qualified products must reach more than 99.5% . Because it does not contain other technical elements, so the production process is relatively simple, the price is relatively cheap, is the most commonly used series in conventional industry. Industrial pure aluminum circle series has a good thermal conductivity ,high plasticity, corrosion resistance,etc characteristics.

And anodising is an electrolytic process that produces a dense, chemically stable protective aluminum oxide film that is an integral part of the underlying aluminum---it cannot peel or flake off. Most films produced by anodising are translucent and so show the silvery look of the aluminum but various colours are achievable by a varity of anodising process variations. The main type of anodising process used for general purpose is based on a sulphuric acid electrolyte, producing an ideal combination of decorative and protective properites. The sealing of the anodic film in boiling water after anodising is an important part of the surface treatment.
  Anodising enhances the natural qualities of aluminum still further; it permits a strongly contemporary finish with incomparable corrosion and abrasion resistance.
