  Magnet wire is an insulated wire used to make coil or winding in electrical products. It is also called the winding line. The electromagnetic wire must meet various requirements for use and manufacturing process. The former includes its shape, specification, working at high temperature in short and long time, as well as the strong vibration and centrifugal force under high speed on certain occasions, resistance to corona and breakdown under high voltage, and chemical corrosion resistance in special atmospheres, and the requirements for tensile, bending and wear, as well as the requirements of drawing, bending and wear during winding and inlaying,swelling and erosion during immersion and drying.

Aluminum bare magnet wire (Anodized Bare Aluminium wire) belongs to the special electromagnetic wire and the insulation layer is the aluminum oxide .Because of no thermal aging phenomenon, it can be used as insulation level of class 220.
The insulation layer of such product is thin, high temperature resistance and insulation performance stability,which is the best choice for low voltage winding wires with producing high temperature, poor environment, heat dissipation difficulty and so on. Storage of Aluminum magnet wire : 
 
(1) Never store wire in an area exposed to direct sunlight.
(2) Avoid high-humidity environments.
(3) Avoid special environments (gasses).
(4) Be sure that no magnet wire will hit other articles or other magnet wires.
(5) Never store wire in a dusty area.
 
Storage period :
 
  If Aluminum magnet wire is stored properly in accordance with paragraph 1, there will be no deterioration in properties even after 10 years or more have passed.However, for magnet wire that is not stored properly, if 3 years have passed since delivery, check the characteristics before use to confirm there is no problems.
