1.The Introduction of 4343 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip
4343 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip is a hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy with a melting point of 590-610ºC, which is higher than the Si content of 4043 aluminum alloy. It has the characteristics of low melting point, narrow solidification range and good fluidity, which is conducive to the shrinkage of the weld during solidification to reduce cracks and is used as cladding layer of composite brazing sheet .Cladding AI-Si alloy can be used as a brazing layer, which plays a role of brazing in brazing, and is a brazing material for connecting cladded pipes, cladded plates and cladded fins.
4343/3003/4343 three-layer aluminum alloy cladded foil is the most typical and most widely used aluminum heat transfer material.
4343 /3003/7072 is a new type of aluminum alloy brazing plate. Compared with the traditional 4343 /3003 /4343, 4045 /3003/4045 and other aluminum alloy brazing plates, 4343 /3003/7072 aluminum alloy brazing plates have better corrosion resistance and brazing performance.
