Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy

Hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy has the characteristics of wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, small thermal expansion coefficient and good volume stability. It is an ideal material for manufacturing key components of the engine-cylinders and pistons. It replaces the eutectic aluminum-silicon alloy ZL109, Hypoeutectic aluminum-silicon alloy or steel materials can solve the problems of engine pulling, holding cylinder, oil blow-by, gas blow-by, carbon deposit, fuel consumption, noise increase, etc., making the car lighter, faster, and more powerful. Larger, lower fuel consumption and lower noise.
The engine pistons and cylinders of hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy can also be applied to diesel engines, air-conditioning compressors, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, agricultural vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, tanks, etc.
