Split-flow die extrusion
The split-flow die extrusion method adopts a special extrusion die, and produces aluminum and aluminum alloy pipes on the ordinary extruder by means of normal extrusion of solid ingot. When extruding, the metal ingots are installed in the extrusion container, and under the action of the extrusion roll shaft, the filling and extrusion are performed firstly, forcing the metal to flow through the die holes to obtain the required pipes.
Aluminum alloy extruded tubes are produced by split-flow die extrusion ,and they shall be used in the transmission, transformation, distribution etc fields
