materials used in power transformer, reactor and distribution Transformer.

Paper-covered Aluminium magnet wire deliver excellent performance when used with oil such as transformer oil. A paper with a small hygroscopicity, mechanical strength, good permeability for oil, and high dielectric strength should be selected.

Papers are applied with butt intercalation in the following manners :
*2 papers- double butt intercalation- advanced 40-60%.
*3 papers- triple butt intercalation-advance 28-38%.
 
Papers are lapped in the following manners :
*One paper applied with 47-49% overlap-equivalent to 2 papers.
* One paper applied with 64-66% overlap-equivalent to 3 papers.
*Two papers each applied in one of the above manners.
